Bicycle Riding – FREE. Teach your child to ride a bike. You have to provide the bike, they provide helmets and instruction. You might want to go to all their sessions until your child gets the hang of it. Instruction is not really one on one, but it is helpful. Did you know?
If you have an EZ-pass, when going into/or out of New Jersey from any of the Bridges in NJ (Goethals, Bayonne, Outbridge, etc) and there are 3 people in the car anytime, it will only cost $2 to go over the bridge if you call EZ Pass & ask them to put CAR POOL on your EZ-Pass(they will do it over the phone). When you go to toll both, go to Manned Booth, just say “Car Pool” & that is it and you saved $6!

LOCAL EVENTS
June 14 -
- River to River Festival. Free Summer-long arts festival On Saturday, June 14th at 12:00 noon, Piers 16 & 17 will be the site of Children’s Day at the South Street Seaport. Kids will sing-along with Gordon from Sesame Street, meet famous characters, and enjoy hours of free entertainment. Ends with Fireworks!
June 18 -
- Free Forum on “Autism Spectrum Disorder. Gives parents insight on whether or when to seek evaluation or treatment for their children. Seminar will be led by Dr. Clifford Mevs, the well-know pediatrician specializing in children with developmental disorders. Sponsored by Pouch Center for Special People.
