Welcoming Visitors with Autism at Cultural Institutions: A Workshop Series for Museum Professionals

Recent studies reveal that at least one in every 110 children in the United States is diagnosed with autism. With the proper staff training, program development, and community outreach, museums can and should be resources for improving the quality of life for people of all ages with autism.
